With Every Season. I'm pretty glad that fall's almost upon us. There is a fly that is crawling around my screen... like a period gone all haywire... crawling from one end of this vast expanse of white, thoughtless space. But soon he will die, and that is because fall is almost here, and that makes me happy.

Football season began yesterday with a nice little victory over Troy State. It was cold and rained the whole game, which kind of sucked because now I'm kind of sick, but it was fun as all hell at any rate. Also, my parents informed me that they have purchased an enormous television... I'm pretty excited to go home next weekend and witness it (along with Old Settlers and walking tacos and GRANGE PUPS and... oh Jesus all the food!!!

Chad and I are back on good terms after I altered the bar a bit so that it wouldn't stick out so much. So we hang and cook eachother food and clean together... we're like Laverne and Shirley only without Penny Marshall and whoever played the other one. Thank God... living with a pissy Chad was hell. But yeah the apartment's falling together fairly nicely... we live in a fairly well decorated "on-a-budget" apartment, and that makes me fairly happy.

My glasses broke at the game. Now I am semi-visually impaired. Lookout for me not knowing who you are even if you're three feet in front of my face, bad typos, and car wrecks between Manhattan Avenue and Westloop. Until next time... XOXO

Ahhh Music. It seems like no matter how much I feel I am over something, all it takes is a single song recommended by a single person to send me back about twelve steps. White Flag by Dido is the song... and yeah. I don't quite know what to do about all of that jazz (there's really not much that I can do), so I'll end this thought along with this paragraph.

Chad's pissed. He hates the bar, and he's not really talking to me right now. I suppose I should talk to him, but it's going to take me about a day or two to suck up my pride (it kind of hurts since I was so proud of the success of my first carpentry project) but yeah... I guess we'll just have to work something out.

Last night at work (I forgot to mention this today) Marvin the asshole lectured us on about twenty things we do wrong... things that I am not doing, but yeah. He's kind of a bastard. But whatever!

I really need to do laundry. Today I bought more underwear at Target so that now I can technically go for another two days before I have nothing. My room is a mess. Life is just... complicated right now. Thank God I have a WHOLE DAY off on Wednesday!!!
Money! It's been a long time, and I have so many updates to give that I don't know where to begin. Classes started last Wednesday... they're all good so far (although I am skipping one right now). I also threw a pretty successful party on Friday night.... a lot of people showed up.... a lot that I hadn't seen in a long time! So that's good. Then this weekend I started some hardcore decorating projects here at home. I put up some dark red fabric on a couple of walls in my living room (it's a work in progress) and I built a bar that a lot of my friends have heard about but did not expect to be realized. The only problem with the bar is that, as of right now, Chad really doesn't like it. It's "too tall" and "sticks out too far into the room". He says he's tired and grumpy since he just got back from Chicago, but we'll see how he feels about it when he wakes up and lets it grow on him. Personally, I am pretty proud. It came out almost exactly as I planned, and as the first major carpentry endeavor I have undertaken in my life, I have to say that it looks pretty nice and is also quite sturdy. Oh well...

Works are still the same... no decision on which one I am going to leave yet... or if I'm even going to leave one of them. I took off both jobs so that I can go home on the fifth of September for Old Settlers, and I have to say that I am really excited about that! I can't wait to see my family and have a whole THREE DAYS OFF!

Whelp (the best word, bar none), I suppose I should be getting along now... I have some reading to do before my next class. I love you all.

Money. I'm low on flow. I really need to start living beneath my means. That's about all. So today, I sold some CD's and a couple DVD's!!! I KNOW!!!! It's crazy... who knew I could give up as wonderful a film as Dungeons and Dragons? I also sold back Ghost World, which despite high recommendations from Jessica, I did not enjoy. So I should be all right until my refunds and rebates and financial aid and paychecks come in within the next week or so. Otherwise, I think I might donate some plasma.

J. Ritty is coming to visit me next week!! I am REALLY FREAKING EXCITED about that!!!!!!!!! Too bad school starts next week too.

There's not much else to say. I just got my new issue of Men's Health. Life is just that exciting. Oooh Katie V. called tonight and told me "she wasn't mad" and whatnot. Leave it to a girl to avoid a simple apology. Whatever... we're happy. Maybe I should be the one apologizing anyway... but probably not.

It's Been Awhile. Sorry, fans... I've been busy recently, which is why I haven't updated in a week or two. I've moved to my new apartment. It's fabulous; please come by and visit sometime. Work is as busy as always, although I think I'm actually going to have a day off this Wednesday... which is really damn exciting.

A belated-blog birthday salutation goes out to Katie, who can now purchase all the liquor her liver can filter. Also happy post-anniversary to my parents, who have now been married for twenty-three arduous years.

Me? I have nothing new to tell. I pissed off Katie Vincent last night, but whatever. Other than that an overdraft on my checking account, life couldn't be better. Unless my boss at Cold Stone was actually a nice person. But he's not, so I deal. Lots of love to the kids... I'll update soon(er than I did last time).
